Verification is done at more than one level. A preliminary interview is arranged with the candidate to confirm the authenticity of the claims made in his resume’ and also to gather any missing information. Our findings are crosschecked with the references mentioned in their resumes. The candidates are evaluated for their behavioral, interpersonal and communication skills. They undergo a technical interview in their respective technical areas, depending on the specific requests from the client companies.Requirement Matching
This is a major sub-process, one requiring an in-depth knowledge of how the IT industry works. At the time of starting an assignment with a new client company, a detailed discussion is held with them to understand the company, its lines of Business, its structure, culture and its short and medium term recruitment strategies. Subsequently brief discussions are held as and when their priorities and requests change. The intention is to gel with their human resource division so as to increase their effectiveness. Keeping the specific requirement of each client company in view, levels of verification are decided for the short-listed candidates. At this point the meetings are arranged between the client company and the short listed candidates. A detailed interview assessment sheet is presented to the client company, for each candidate with his knowledge.Feedback & Counseling
For the candidates selected by a client company, transaction closure procedure is initiated. For the rejected candidates, a feedback and counseling session is held, if required to help them in identifying their improvement
